At LADEN Outdoors, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product.
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging.
